Nana's Chicken Soup
20 minutes with the Pressure Cooker!
1 Chicken Breast with bone (with or without skin)
1 Large whole onion
5-6 Carrots Cut up
5 Stalks Celery Cut up
Salt to taste
Chicken bouillen
Black pepper to taste
1 lb of cooked pasta (pastina, tiny shells or noodles)
Italian Cheese (for serving)
Place the first 4 ingredients in the pressure cooker.
Fill with water to just below fill line. (If higher your pressure cooker will not work)
Cook on high pressure 20 minutes.
In the meantime have your water boiling for the pasta you want in your soup. (This time we used tiny shells)
When the soup is ready carefully release the pressure. (see your users guide)
Remove the chicken and its bones
Dice chicken and put back into your soup
(or save diced chicken to make chicken salad.)
Squeeze and remove the onion.
Add the remaining ingredients stir and serve with italian cheese.
