Tip:

Use 1/3 Fat Cream Cheese and it taste great!


**You could just chuck the cheese up and add it to the pot with the other veggies, it just looks better if you add it gradually.


If you want to cook the pasta in the soup that also works, I would not do it under pressure. Put the pasta in the pot after you release the steam and the soup is Hot.  Then just cook pasta the same amount of time as the package recommended.

Creamy Italian Tortellini


Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen tortellini
1 small bag of fresh spinach

2 cans of italian style diced tomatoes

1 box or 4 cups or vegetable broth

1 block of cream cheese

Put all ingredients in crockpot,
chunking up the cream cheese.
Cook on low for 5-6 hrs

 

Pressure Cooker


​Creamy Italian Tortellini


4 Carrots – sliced (bite size)
4 Stalks Celery – sliced (bite size)
1 Onion medium – sliced small ​

1- 28oz. Canned Diced tomatoes

2 boxes Soup broth
​1 small bag of fresh spinach
Cook on high pressure for 8-9 MINUTES

1 bag of frozen tortellini cook according to direction on package.

8 oz. Cream Cheese - microwave in a small microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds (add slowly to entire pot at the end) 
After finished cooking release the steam (according to your pressure cooker insturctions) add cooked tortellini & cream cheese. I cooked it an additional 2 minutes on sauté.
